1 false king, but to hide him better, the kingdom has actually been flushed out fully (instead of say giving a cover role with an existing king and his kingdom). Mean as **** Sigurd.

Not only that, but looking at auto's, Kage's, and khaan's deaths, it seems like you can have a false king and real champion (how mean), or even, a false champion and real king (insanely mean).

By the way, I'm ignoring evil Gyda theories here, as well as Loki and go knows whatever mechanics his role has. Just for reference, in M1, I had the choice, and once I chose, I got a contact of a Jotun, in this case Atpg (Alex, not Pizza). I COULD NOT REVEAL THIS OR QUOTE THE PM OR CHANGE MY ALLEGIANCE. I hope to god that 1) the same is true for Loki here, 2) he chose town and me and Chaotix were his contacts.

See above. Only one king was exposed. You were exposed due to a challenge, I merely pointed it out again and again so that the Jotun would have another person on their list before me. So imagine my surprise and disappointment when you're still alive and I'm dead.

Romanic - Jotun posing as King

Romanic is actually the one I feel has the weakest case on at this point but it is counterbalanced by the fact that I think he just seems the most guilty. From what I have so far, Romanic might be guilty because of his role fishing, people dying when he knows about them (Renata specifically). I thought he reacted poorly when I called him a Jotun too. So not too much from what I see here.

glyphz - Jotun posing as King

glyphz has come up only recently because it seems unfathomable that such an exposed king would be left alone for so long. For example, as soon as classical and woad were exposed, they were killed. Perhaps, you say, glyphz was a bit more quiet than the other two? Yes, I agree, but I made it a point of reminding everyone who glyphz was every round or so so that the Jotun would have another kill bait wasted. They never bit... I think the case on glyphz is above average.

Atpg - Jotun posing as Champion

Atpg is the most odd case of them all. It doesn't seem to jive with the whole 7 kingdoms and 6 real kings thing. Having a legit king with a Jotun champion is also a really favorably embedded role for the Jotun. But then again, he was again at the center of a network (though I agree that the network wasn't the big issue here, the big issue was the public claims or hints to claims - the Jotun have had a steady stream of kills since the start of the game). Almost everyone in the network seems to hate him. And the one odd thing is not coming to auto's aid in the duel. My champion was the very first pro town role to die this game, so I have no idea how the replacement thing is supposed to work. glyphz does, but then again, he's a suspect. Also, if we are lynching based on risks, lynching a champion wrongly is much less worse than lynching the last king wrongly. I also don't I think Atpg has a case as strong as glyphz against him, but I feel he is less scummy, if I have to use that word, than Romanic.

Fascinating game. I don't have anything new to offer, but I'll mention this.

Renata was the only player I had extensive communication with in this game, and both her and I died on the same night shortly after TLD and ATPG attained my role PM. TinCow was the only other player who I explicitly revealed my role to. All three are still alive.

Obviously, I didn't do myself any favors by sugggesting that I was a pro-town role early in the game, but the fact that my primary confidant died on the same night as me after giving my specific role away to three other players really makes me suspect that at least one of them is a Jotun.

EDIT: Also, I never actually gave my role PM to ATPG; TheLastDays did, without my permission, after lying about his role to me.

Basically everyone I see agrees that glyphz needs the axe, or I do. Well, I certainly understand the ATPG needs the axe sentiment. But only I know for sure who I am. As for why didn't I step in for Autolycus?

The current votes are forcing me to protect myself in a way that I don't like.

Thus my survival is linked to vote glyphz, someone my main suspect ATPG is voting for. I've pointed out why I think ATPG is Jotun :

1) His lie about not knowing DIY.
2) His case on me, which is the biggest load of BS I've seen him pull since he was Scum in Bridge Zhou Far. Of course you all cannot see that, as you were not part of the discussions we've had, but really he's Scum, or he's turning into an exaggeration machine mixed with lies chocolate bits to make his case look stronger (such as Earthling often does).

Now he's voting glyphz instead of me, when he's been after me a lot recently, and I'm not sure why he's pulling back. His posts aren't really explaining this imo.

I'm also not liking the fact that some of you are deducing from this,

That only ONE king remains at this point. People are assuming that this "dark shadow" has no knowledge of Reenk's death because it's written below in the writeup. I simply not agree with this for two reasons:

1) It's unclear whether we should interpret this as "Two Kings remained before Reenk was killed".
2) Why would Sigurd provide a King cover role if he was to reveal its existence like this, at such a critical point? If you believe this possible, you must think Sigurd is growing soft and trying to help the Town because we're failing so miserably. Personally, I don't think so.


So if you're not ready to switch your votes away from one of the claimed Kings, I will have to vote glyphz, but I don't like it. The alternative for me would be to play stubborn, keeping my vote on ATPG, but it's even worse as I'd be throwing the towel on the game.

I'm leaving for work in about one hour, so at that point, I'll re-evaluate if I should switch my vote or not.

I almost never lie about anything. Roman and TinCow make a lot of sense pointing out the same flawed reasoning from the writeup, though I suppose either could say that too if they were non-town, especially TinCow.

Here's the tl;dr of the cases again:

if you want to lynch defensively lynch robbiecon
if you want to lynch based on scummy behavior lynch pizza
if you want to finish off someone who is likely non-town and roll with the loss to the Jotun lynch Andres or TinCow
if you want to lynch based on the unproven guess a King must be Jotun, lynch glyphz

The only way to win is to lynch ATPG. There were at least two jotun alive last night. If one of the kings is jotun then the game is already over because the other jotun will kill the remaining king and end it. Thus, it doesn't matter whether we lynch Romanic or glyphz, we lose either way. The only way we can win is if both kings are legit and we lynch a non-king. Thus, ATPG is the only lynch option.

Day 6

The remaining retinues were not at all sure who the perpetrators were. They discussed the possibility that there was the usurper king among them. And that he might be the cause of all this. Another theory was that Jotun was among them, laughable as that was.
The Hovgod only smiled when these theories were presented to him.
