We already live there.
Kristin Halvorsen(the leader of socialist left), for example, lives in Grünerløkka. Grünerløkka is a district in the "inner east Oslo", and together with its neighboring districts were the first parts of Oslo to see heavy immigration. The percentage is, I believe, around 30-35% and has only been taken over by other districts in the last ten years or so(like holmlia, which has around 40%).
Now, except for Halvorsen and immigrants, who else lives there? Leftists, leftists and more leftists. Oh, and swedish slaves/bartenders. Grünerløkka is renowned as the place for liberal whacky artists of all kinds, and they are almost exclusively lefties.
Almost all immigrants seek towards urban areas. The two parties most in favour of immigration, Socialist Left and the Liberal party, is almost exclusively urban parties, their voting support outside the big cities(or in other words, outside immigration centres), is almost non-existant(with a couple of exceptions, of course). The Christian Democracts and Centrist party, however, who are not ery fond of immigration are mostly rural parties. The Progress Party, our most right-wing party, also has a tendency for rural suppot, but by being one of three major parties they of course have support all over the country.
Your proposed law wouldn't change a thing. We lefties already live side-by-side with immigrants. Including yours truly.
