So I switched the numbers now, I'm on double at the years written on my age. 20 years old.
What should I expect from now on? This is supposed to be the golden decade, right?

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.
A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
Eh, 20 really isn't that different from everything else. Everyone in their early 20s is still stupid, but since you're still that age you don't realize it yet. You'll start to notice it when you hit 25, but you'll only really be aware of it when you hit 30. Once you're 30, you're a proper adult. Your 20s are just like your teenage years, but with more booze, more sex, and less homework.
At 20, you still have the same mindset as a teenager, but for some odd reason, people assume you're now more mature. This means, that at 20, the odds that you can now finally do all the things you wanted to do as a teenager, but couldn't, because of parents looking over your shoulder, are very high.
Enjoy your freedom while it lasts, do the things you want to do, screw up now, because you're still young enough to be forgiven and get away with about anything. Know that once you finish school and start working, you'll enter a whole new different life. That's not at all a bad thing, but you will, on occasions, miss the absolute freedom you have now. Enjoy it at the fullest. Make sure you'll never regret wasting this period of your life with "serious" stuff like studying and working. You need to get that degree, but get it with minimum effort.

Ja mata, TosaInu
Your perception of time starts to speed up. You can control your emotions better. You start to get boring and "domestic".

Some piously affirm: "The truth is such and such. I know! I see!"
And hold that everything depends upon having the “right” religion.
But when one really knows, one has no need of religion. - Mahavyuha Sutra
