Dude with the axe is gone, it looks like, so we can't come to a satisfying conclusion regarding God Emperor. Speaking of which, I think his story sounds like complete baloney.

I think there are more arguments against believing him than for, myself.

Did anyone really believe someone would try to attack GE last night? He's already survived one attack and everyones already made it clear he's on the chopping block for today.

I'm willing to believe that GE might be right, but I'm still going to Vote: God Emperor since it's our best lead. I'd be glad if made other use of this day than just bandwagon him, though, since one of the reasons it really is the best option is that it's "only day 2". If we just bandwagon GE, tomorrow we'll be none the wiser (probably), and even though it'll be Day 3, It'll feel like day 2, information wise. Let's not waste this day completely, please.

Also, great, only one death! Just blindly shouting out here, but Yaropolk looks like he was attacked by the mafia, but survived due to protection. He also looks like a normal townie. I would suggest that the shieldbearer from the writeup protects him again (if allowed), and that any exposed power-roles should claim to him. So, GE, in case you were lying about vanillaness, here's a chance to get off the hook without painting the world's largest bullseye on your rear-end.

No, of course not. I was expecting the guy who attacked GE to attack someone else.

There are more than just mafia and townies in this game, as khaan himself has said.

As might have been mentioned, claiming to attacked individuals may not be a great idea:

    1. We don't know how much influence (or at least I don't recall it being said by 'khaan) the killers have on the writeup. I mean in Midgard III the town got confused by details released by the Jotun in write ups (EG: 'now there are two who remain' or something)
    2. With third parties, being attacked isn't a clear pass ('looking human' ties in with point 3)
    3. Who knows, maybe appearances in write ups are with cover roles (are they present?) when third party etc are attacked or conversely, mafia by third party

In any case, GE's responses thus far have not convinced me. There is a very clear attempt to try and deflect attention elsewhere, however subtle it may have been intended.

GE also still hasn't responded to:

    1. The discrepancy as pointed out by Tincow in that:

    a)
GE is the only person that survived without explanation. Yaropolk very clearly survived due to doctor protection.
    b)

Now for myself, I am sorry I am not still going to reveal much.. Well because I need to think it over a bit more, and I hope that can be accepted :) it's a bit difficult to decide what is good to reveal and what is not, but it will come. You can of course go forward to presure me into revealing all, but I would prefer that did not happen ^^
    2. This unexplained yet significant issue with his claim (which corresponds to the fact that it seems like nobody protected him)

Pro-town roles do not survive night kills because it is not balanced.
All in all, a good lynch.

    Vote: GE
