    Default Persian reforms...

2 questions. Do I need to do EVERYTHING there to get the reforms, or are there various reforms I can pick from and that's why the list is so big? Also, what the hell is a Persiapart?

"Build (Persiapart) in the following cities: x, y and z."

    There's no building called "Persiapart".

    Thanks.

Downloaded the Building tree for Pahlava. I assumed that's what you wanted me to download since the only reform guide was for Hayasdan. It was highly confusing, and I still don't know what a (Persiapart) is or how I can build one, also whether or not I have to do EVERYTHING on the Persian reform list, or just certain ones for certain reforms. I remain as clueless as when I posted the thread.

ehhmm, the Persian reforms ARE for Hayasdan, so the link was correct.

I'm not quite sure what the FAQ means with persiapart as I abandoned my Hay campaign shortly after the pan caucasian reforms. But I think it could be the policy: The Conqueror Comes ... the liked guide should help you there ;)

Oh I see... Yeah... there was some serious confusion going on. Makes sense now.

As for choosing where to reform, its not quite so simple as that. You must start at the centre (slightly south-east of where the Hai start from I think?) From there you can do either east or west or both. but you have to do east 1 before you can do east 2 and east 3 and so on. Likewise you must do west 1 before west 2 and so on.

So you can choose to do half your empire as persian and the rest as greek but you can't just do isolated chunks. If you can picture it, the reforms must be continuous and spreading out from the centre, start point.
    Completed Campaigns:
    Macedonia EB 0.81 / Saby'n EB 1.1
    Qart'Hadarst EB 1.2 / Hai EB 1.2
    Current Campiagns:
    Getai/Sauromatae/Baktria
donated by Brennus for attention to detail.

I had posted a link for the Pahlava reforms first then checked the FAQ again, realized that the "Persian reforms" are part of Hayasdans reform process and changed the link.

Since my first guess was right then - here you go for a detailed reform guide for Pahlava (by johnhughthom) which shouldn't leave any questions unanswered:

so just to make this clear, are you playing Hayasdan or Pahlava?

Yeah persiapart is "The Conqueror Comes..."
Ah good I wasn't sure about that.
and persiapart2 is "and Brings Peace and Order."
I think that was "persiafull" (as opposed to part)

That's the thing I wanted. Thanks.

When I started the thread, I was playing as Pahlava, and I checked the FAQ and saw "Persian Reform" and for some reason my mind linked it with Pahlava, maybe because they both begin with P, and I made this thread thinking it was for Pahlava. That's the confusion.
