I think I'm going to settle for this setup:
- 30 players max
- 2 mafia, one kill each night, not immune for night kills
- 1 SK, one kill each night, immune for night kills.
- 27 townies
- That makes 3 scumbags on 30 players.
- SK is alone, it's a hard role, for balance purposes he's immune for night kill;
- Mafia is with two, still hard, but less hard than SK, so not immune for night kill - the SK being immune for NK also means the mafia is able to detect him.
I like the Capo director role; perhaps I should add that in for flavour, but with no protection during night for the Director, just for fun.
I think the game is hard enough as it is for both scum teams like that, a psychiatrist would unbalance it too much in favour of town imo.
The psychiatrist was for story purposes, but I think I can find a way to bring in a psychiatrist into the story...
