13 morale = 'excellent morale' and they have 'disciplined' as well.Rome can't really afford good support troops as they lack the 'excellent morale' requirement to not break from scary without a chevron.
I think I made an error with the merc Peltastai that I ought to fix.
Also I will include a post with each update. But do note that the OP also contains a date + time of the latest update.
