I've installed it on a different computer at a later time without a problem.

As it was installed with Steam, it is on your steam account and you can uninstall or reinstall at will.

another question: how do i uninstal it in the first place. i don't see an option that says i can unistal it.

I use an uninstaller when removing programs.
I think there is also an uninstall and one via steam if I am not mistaken…

Wipe drive and re-install OS and uninstall becomes irrelevant. Any being that discards their head will never suffer headaches again.
