I used work with this guy in INTEL and he reckon that Saudi Arabia had a test which consisted of reversing into a parking space at the test centre, apparently he lived there for a while fixing helicopters or summit.

It seems they assumed you were capable of driving forwards cos you obviously drove to the test centre he also claimed it was not accepted anywhere in the world, even if it was a lie it's still a great story in the pub
