fyi at Zim's request I just went through the rules with a fine-toothed comb and my lawyer hat on (I'm not a lawyer by the way) and submitted some extensive comments for his consideration.
Hopefully this will help us get things underway!

That's a damn shame Igno, not just because of your absence but because Shogun II is an excellent game as well.I would love to join, but unfortunately my computer can't handle STWII.
