If puking hasn't helped you might want to see a doctor.

Yeah, starting to realize it isn't food poisoning.
As long as there's no blood you're all good.

I got a bout of food poisoning six years ago and it is still causing me problems now.
Water, lots of it. Food poisening can be horrible you will just have to sit it out. Get some vitamins especially B
Hang in there ACIN.
I imagine staying hydrated is the most important thing. It also helps the liver to process the 'poison' faster/better.
I always heard that milk also helps but I'm not sure on that.

Well, if you are reading this, probably too late.. but for future reference, if it seems "really really bad" and puking/etc isn't working, it could be appendicitis. So seek professional help as soon as possible.
My cousin had a bout of that, at first people put it down to a "bad Curry" but he was in such agony and collapsing from pain, untill he ended up going to hospital and demanded the doctors to treat him, they did tests showing it was indeed, appendicitis, and if he was delayed for another couple of hours, there was a risk he could have died.

Well, I am feeling a little better today. My lower abdomen is still killing me though, but at least my temperature went back down to normal more or less. Thanks for all the advice, luckily I don't think it is appendicitis Beskar.EDIT: Pretty sure I got a bug from the public computers that I haven't used at all until this past week.

Glad to hear you're doing better. The backroom wouldn't be the same if you went down.
Don't play with a fever. Your symptoms could be indicative of ordinary flu or more serious stuff. A burst appendix will cause you all kinds of grief if it doesn't kill you outright. Why take a chance? See a doctor.

Both of my brothers thought they were just sick and it turned out to be appendicitis. They didn't feel much specific pain in the area. If you do start throwing up definitely go to the doctor...
Thanks for the concern everyone. Haven't thrown up yet, but I plan on visiting my uni's health services building tomorrow. Unfortunately they closed before I got there, but I don't feel as much discomfort anymore, so hopefully nothing goes wrong in the night.
