How about a little controversy

Police is thinking about giving young serial-offenders a mandatory IQ-test, as a lack of empathy and a low IQ are closely related. The crimes these serial-offenders commit are usually very cruel, and commited against the weak, the old and the disabled. Easy targets. Almost without exception commited by north-africans. I am pretty sure what the outcome of the IQ-tests will be. Thing is, what to do once you know they are basicly retarded. So I propose that if their IQ lower than 80 they should be shut out from the gene-pool, they cannot be of any use to us as they are too stupid, and they are a plague for the weak because they lack the intelligence to feel empathy. So sterilise them so at least they can't hatch offspring that is likely to be just as useless, as the womb they import from the sandland comes from a place with an average IQ of 78. The Dutch have an average of 108, it ain't going to work no matter what, so why not some eugenics-light when it causes trouble

I'm not even gonna mention the fact that IQ is heavily influenced by environmental surroundings. An african child can be the next Einstein but if doesn't get any nutrients its entire life, it ain't gonna be scoring high on the IQ test.

I don't care what they did, all you did is just dress up (barely) intelligence based eugenics. As if that is ever a humane way for a culture to treat any part of itself. Take a look in the mirror totalitarian and tell me how it goes when the government has the power to implement eugenics if they don't meet "the test".

No one deserves to have their balls cut off like a dog. This is mutilation, degradation and humiliation perpetrated by a blood lust against those which have wronged us.

Um, won't announcing that you will go easier on dumb people make said criminals prone to faking in order to qualify? It is completely possible to fake an IQ test, it's just the only time one has a need for such thing would be in criminal defense, petition for welfare and running for public office.

I'm not so sure about forced sterilizing dumb people, as dumb people have the right to make little dumb babies that coo and giggle and make them happy dumb parents. I dunno about criminals. What gives me hesitation against sterilizing even sex criminals is that people are wrongly accused and convicted of rape sometimes, so depending on the manner and level of evidence would need to determine the punishment. .

I am, however, for voluntary sterilization with, of course, a healthy payment to the participant as a bribe to stop breeding. I believed they did this in Chicago or Detroit once a few years back, they offered women a couple thousand dollars to get their tubes tied. Of the 3 women who did it I think they had like 35 kids or something, all of them on welfare and unmarried. Of course, the NAACP went after the guy who was paying the women and called him a racist and he stopped.
