I don't care what they did, all you did is just dress up (barely) intelligence based eugenics. As if that is ever a humane way for a culture to treat any part of itself. Take a look in the mirror totalitarian and tell me how it goes when the government has the power to implement eugenics if they don't meet "the test".

Idea: Why don't we just brand prisoners like the animals they are and have them eat grass. Arn't we such a grand and advanced civilization here.
