I'd like to think since it's been how many years since the first shogun and now they release a new
shogun game when they said after shogun one they will not return to the Japanese theater so
I'd like to think of this as an anniversary game

Well, what are you saying?
I'm saying that shogun 2 is meant to be the anavarsary of the the series total war like some games sometimes put out a game on the day of the series was founded
I think you are reading to much into it because A) it's business and B) what CA said 10 years ago means nothing to the CA of today. The 10 year thing was the logical thing to do in the development process, especially if you consider they were runing out of genres.
Baby Quit Your Cryin' Put Your Clown Britches On!!!
