I need some motivation

Well I have not slept all night.

I went to bed early but just lay there for 4 hours.

I was on a 12-8 yesterday so thought I would hit the bed early for my 10-7 tomorrow. But I couldnt' get to sleep.

I have to start work in 4 hours.

I need some motivation!

I will be up for 48+ hours. Never done this before missing a nights sleep like this.

Yeah stupidly enough I think that something was the fact that I hadn't gone to sleep quick enough, bit of a vicious cycle.

Bah, I have a feeling I won't sleep tonight either.

I kind of dozed off for 1-1.5 hrs after work today, then lay down for a couple more hours, but no more sleep.

Should I be worried if this goes on for 72 hours?
