But that's just part of the daily routine round Glasgow.

At least I got away at 5 today. I feel fine, oddly enough.

Yeah stupidly enough I think that something was the fact that I hadn't gone to sleep quick enough, bit of a vicious cycle.

Bah, I have a feeling I won't sleep tonight either.

I kind of dozed off for 1-1.5 hrs after work today, then lay down for a couple more hours, but no more sleep.

Should I be worried if this goes on for 72 hours?
