If you plan on being an officer or warrant officer in the military, I strongly suggest you learn to control your anger, and it wouldn't hurt to stop treating women like your personal playthings because, in case you were not aware, the military is co-ed now. I'd say the same if you were just gonna be an enlisted Joe, BTW, but officers are "held" to a much higher standard, although sometimes I can't tell the difference between them and a private. Just a suggestion, Drama King.

Find a closest outside brick wall. Take speed with few steps and strike the wall with everything you have. Feel the pain and possibly a broken hand as result and then revaluate how smart it was. If it feels good.Do it again, until you find your fists as bloody remains of what they were or you have come to your senses. Thinking that beating someone up will releave your own pain is more then stupid thinking.

PI I dont mean to sound like a jerk, but seeing a therapist really does help. I went for 10 years and when I first started going I was getting into fights almost once a week at school. Now, it takes a lot to set me off. I mean a lot.
Also, I dont take meds for my anger either. Its possible to just roll with the punches thrown at you and to turn something meant to hurt you into a joke on the other person or object.
What is all this talk about beating something or someone up?
