Most mini-marts and convenience stores have them. If that isn't enough to deal with your aggression then maybe you need to think about seeing a psychiatrist. Alternatively, you can stop putting yourself in situations where you are likely to cause emotional trauma to yourself and others.

Find a closest outside brick wall. Take speed with few steps and strike the wall with everything you have. Feel the pain and possibly a broken hand as result and then revaluate how smart it was. If it feels good.Do it again, until you find your fists as bloody remains of what they were or you have come to your senses. Thinking that beating someone up will releave your own pain is more then stupid thinking.
