As Beskar said, nobody posted there for ages, except spambots and the occasional joker trying to up his postcount by spamming in a forum that hardly got any attention.
If you have a really interesting contribution to make about the Spartan game though, then I'm sure that a TA will happily put it there if you want (you'll be credited of course!). Just pm one of the Tech guys with the info you wanted to post there.

It seems like any Spartan Total War stuff should probably go in the Arena now. It will be much more visible there than it would stuffed away in the Attic.
