    If memory serves, he will get the trait "reformator" and after few turns marian barracks should be available...

    The last time I got the reforms this way, it took ten years (yes, years, not turns) from the appearance of the reformer to the actual reform. Patience...

    You can use the consol command to add the desired reformator trait.

    Check the export_descr_character_traits file in EB/Data, search for 'reformator' (I copy pasted what's in the file)

    Trait: Reformator - "Reformer" (as in Marius)

    Trait Reformator
    Characters family

    Level Potential_Reformator
    Description Potential_Reformator_desc
    EffectsDescription Potential_Reformator_effects_desc
    GainMessage Potential_Reformator_gain_desc
    Threshold 1

    Level Reformator
    Description Reformator_desc
    EffectsDescription Reformator_effects_desc
    GainMessage Reformator_gain_desc
    Threshold 2
    give_trait "character_name""trait'level --> "character_name"'Reformator"2

    Hopefully that'll work, your biggest problem will be giving the right trait to the right FM!
