I really want to start a online forum. but i cant either afford the domain or Vbulletin. perhaps some body could help me administer it as well pay for the costs??. because i seriously want this

and pay for the costs? I'm sixteen so I cant basicaley affored anything at the moment

The forum will be discussing the total war series as well

I haven't figured out if you are an actual, serious individual or if you are a dummy account meant to parody somebody or something. I definitely sense a theme with you.

Why would you want to open up and create your own forum when there is a perfectly good (and free) one here for you to use!

I'm no dummy account :) I just think oppining my own fourm would be fun but i dont want to use PHP or something like that. well the free stuff anyways

One has to learn to make do with what one has. If "free" is all you can afford, then make it work. It is what gets posted that makes a forum great. The rest is just bells and whistles.
