Tree Assist increases the decay rate of leaves, so they don't hover around for centuries. But other than that, it is normal minecraft behaviour.

Agreed. Maybe the issue is attaching them to existing leaves. Attach no more than 4 blocks directly from the wood and it should work.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

I've been lagging a lot lately. I lost all my stuff in the Nether from the lag. Sazak had to get my stuff and put it in my chest at home, which I can't access.

It could be on my end.

The server has been been up for many days now, I'll reboot it next time no one is on. Maybe that will help.

I doubt it, but maybe that will fix my light sensor. Placed the new one underground and it doesn't work any more. Had to excavate around the edges and I see grass regrowing.

My light sensor broke with the 1.3 update. It got stuck and the output stopped toggling. I went into the thing and 'rebooted' it by pulling up some of the wiring which was stuck in the on mode, and then replaced it. The sensor started working properly again after that.

Edit: Nevermind. I played with the torch that was controlling the pistons controlling the water. There are some strange glitches where a random sticky piston on one side gets pushed out of place. It's almost as if the block it's meant to pull back pulls the piston out of place instead. It happened at least three times.

Everything seems to work for now.
