I mealy speak the truth I have lost this game. However why should it needlessly spread out because town refuses to lynch known scum. Someone is lying in your town group find out who it is and lynch them. Don't drag this game on for days and days.

Town refuses to lynch and scum refuses to kill, if game keeps going day after day is not only a town responsibility... scum do scummy things and town lynch them for that... what happened in day 1? Town didn't lynched and we didn't do so wrong so far...

Guys, the host was quite obviously setting us up to lynch atheotes with that writeup. But he's just a scanner, so what's the point?

Remember that the presence of even one converted individual is hypothetical and highly dubious at this point. The host never even said that this is a conversion game.

Finally, this is a game with multiple scum teams. 4/25 so far. The last game had 8/35 starting scum.

So who do we call scum? Edse and the Demon SK clearly are, but they've been rehabilitated. They won't kill anyone unless its been sanctioned. Because if they do, they'll be lynched immediately. Atheotes just really hates vampires: I don't see that as being enough to count as scum. Spike and Dru, then? But they survived the last game with town. Angel, Giles, and Buffy? Please. Tara and Wesley? Again. My cousin? He's a doctor.

So what do you want? The only threats at this point are the ones you choose to fabricate.

So? We don't know the situation with the scum/cult/Monty's play group/whatever. So far as I'm aware all the information in the game is kept by Monty, were he to die the network would be blind. Taking him out could be a good move, we don't know if any hypothetical anti-town group might be able to risk it.

But yes, please do go and preemptively strike against the person speaking out about the current situation and not, you know, waiting until the last minute to do what he has already laid out. Somebody do something, even if it is vote me off. This Montmorency ego parade, "Ooh look how many people I saved in winning the game, I am Mr Awesome!" is bugging me.

Mafia at its heart is a game of an uninformed, nearly powerless majority against an unknown, informed, powerful minority. The town uses the lynch to win, the mafia tries to avoid being lynched and uses the murder as their main weapon, killing whoever the town doesn't lynch.

Have we forgotten this simple truth people?

For various reasons, the roles were switched this time. Except for the majority/minority element.

I just think it's unfair to the scum. They want to play ball, but have to be killed off just because of an alignment they didn't choose? That doesn't sit right with me.

edit: I don't know if you frequent CFC, but in a recent game there I had a "Lover" role, where I could only win the game with my partner. A situation arose where I didn't see how we could win, but I could direct the game to a townie or mafia win. I did so and lost the game, but the town won. It didn't even enter my head to say, "Oh host, I want to win with these guys, let me, let me, let me, please!" The host gave me a role, and I played that role. If I didn't like not being able to win how and with whom I want I wouldn't play mafia.

First night was a random kill, Jarema was Connor, don't yet know if that was a good or a bad kill

Second night I believed Csargo was an important figure among the vampires, he wasn't

Third night I guessed that Kennigit was Buffy, He was her sister

Fourth night I was sure Blackaddr was evil but couldn't kill him because of his abilities but I was able to get him lynched.
