RTW Screen Aspect Ratio Problem

Hi,

My son has just installed RTW on his new laptop and it will only run in a low screen aspect with black bands down the left and right side of the screen.

His computer is a HP with 6GB Ram an intel i3 processor and 500 hard drive. It has windows 7 and has DirectX 11. His max screen resolution is 1366 x 768.

We have tried to lower the laptops screen resolution to 1024 x 768 and have tried all other lower settings but we still can't get RTW to use the whole of the laptop screen.

We have also tried changing the screen resolution within the game and have tried ticking the wide screen option, but still have the problem.

Is there anyway to increase the max screen resolution with in the game files? If not please can you tell me what we can do to resolve this.

PS: Prior to this my son was running RTW on another windows 7 laptop with an AMD processor and it worked fine and I am able to run it on my old vista laptop.
