Good B&B near Lille (or high Fens)

Seems like everybody herre is asking about exotic places to go to during the winter holidays. Unfortunatly, I only have one or two of free time between christmas and new years eve.
Two places I'm considering are Lille or the High Fens (for the possible snow) or perhaps even Cologne.

Anybody has a recommendation for a nice B&B or youth hostel?

Well, you'll probably have to buy it hidden in the Ché or the P-Magazine and with a paper sack covering your head, but the Flair magazine often has these luxury hotel actions at 30 €/night. Lille is almost always one of the destinations. Perhaps too late now for within two weeks, but perhaps something to keep in mind for the future.
