There have been many posts about this Region Zero but I can't find it. May be I am just stupid or blind but could anyone please tell me how to find it. I want to see what staff u can build on that region.

Every samurai heart is their sword, to lose their sword is to die.
I think you can find it by playing RONIN
and scrolling to all your provinces in the
Build screen! I know I read something like
this a while back.

There is another thread running around by Noah123 where he mentioned that he found it by playing Ronin and then scrolling through the provinces. According to him region zero is under Shinano.

Yeah, I've seen it by cycling through as Ronin as well. Just watch out for Monster Zero...

I've found it now. Thanks for your help guys. I can see the hospital but I can't click on it to read about it.
