crash after end of turn

My game crashes after the end of the turn. I have tried all the fixes listed under try before posting. This is the second game where this has happened so I really do not want to have to restart. I am playing as Rome. What is the problem? I did the toggle_fow and couldn't find any cities about to revolt. It also seems to change which ai faction it crashes on.
