In the store right now. Need to decide my secondary drink (behind whole milk) I can put in my minifridge.
100% Cranberry (and other juices) juice.
OR
Arnold Palmer (50% ice tea, 50% lemonade [around 5% juice total]).
Cranberry.

Cranberry juice would be healthier I think. Ice tea would have quite a bit of sugar in it.

Actually, these half-and-half blends tend to have only half as much sugar per serving (8 fl. oz.) as pure juice. Also, it feels lighter and more refreshing on the way down. A cup of juice is like a meal. Buy some of the other next time.
Do you plan on getting painful STDs or Urinary Tract Infections? If so, I'd advise cranberry.

That's the metric I use in most of my juice buying decisions.

Milk (from Wisconsin)
Drink water. Or, brew your own tea and add some lemon or lime to it.
I must agree that fruit juices and such that you buy in stores is full of sugar. You are what you eat, or drink I suppose. :)

No. Unsweetened is best. Minus any alcohol as well.
