For a better shogun...

Now that shogun ep is out l am sure that Ca will start making TotalWar2. I ain't gonna start about what historical period the game should be in... although a Greek TW2 were are cities faught against each other will make TW2 awesome.
They will need a new engine for TW2. After playing Ground Control l saw that the terrain looked awesome and there were a lot of enviromental effects that can't be found on Totalwar. Mind the units cause they in 3D. Only thing l am saying is to make a better engine that will make the game look much better

I think the ROME EMPIRE

will be better or a MIDDLE AGE game or maybe When the CRUSADES and the MOROS battle for Jerusalem in the JIHAD (HOLY WAR)... or maybe something with MYTHOLOGY!.. but i think honestly THE ROMAN EMPIRE WILL BE GREAT or THE CRUSADES!.... another idea foolowing the lineo of the ancient Orient maybe is the CHINESE EMPIRE... all the dynaties!... taht will be great!!!

U can look at this link www.actiontrip.com/previews/warriorkings.phtml and u will see that WARRIOR KINGS is a game with a similar engine to Shogun Totalwar are coming!

I think that a game based on the Roman Empire would be awesome, or possibly the Persian empire. Where you have to build your empire and protect it's borders from invaders.

Rome is cool, but to be honest I think it's been really overdone. What about Attilla the Hun or maybe oen of the other barbarian tribes that fought Rome? And make it more of a raider game on the strategy map. That'd be cool

And also that you would be able to pick one side when playing online

and then to the whole world. You then
have to fight the Roman Legions with your
Hojo hoard (ehem!) with Super Legendary
Armor/Weapon/Morale Ashigarus! with a Rank
100 General!

Well, by now they already must have decided which setting the new Total War will be in. My bet is it's going to be something Roman, but we'll have to wait for news on that. But yes, an improved engine and better strategic play would be welcome. Not that this one is bad. It was top when STW was first released, but more is possible now.
