Ah, that link is out of date. The guides fora were rearranged recently, and that specific folder was junked in the process and put into a storage area in the staff section, which is why you're getting the permission error. It's an empty folder though, and it just used to be the parent forum of the SP and MP subfora, which are now elsewhere. We'll need to ask the .com to update their link. Thanks for the heads up.
