Gameroom Rock/Paper/Scissors Tournament III

I did two of these a while back, but it's been over two years since I've hosted one. However, seeing as how I'm a) graduated, b) unemployed, and c) no longer a moderator here, I have some more time on my hands. Thus, round three, baby!

Rules:
Pretty simple really. I create the one-on-one matchup, each participant sends me a PM saying which one they pick. Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, paper beats rock. In the case of there being a tie, players will also send me a second choice in the PM. If there's still a tie, then the game ends in a draw.

Tournament structure will be a single round robin which will determine seeding. The knockout round will be your standard seeded ladder structure, with the top four seeds earning first-round byes. In the round robin, players get 1 point for a win, 0 points for a loss, and 0.5 points for a tie. There are no draws in the knockout round, obviously.
