Are these drawn with reference of the original or not?
I suspect that they are drawn with the original right next to you (for one I own the same Simon the cat bundle).
Try your hand at something new and unique next. It can be in any style.
Just to see how good your drawing is.

I've tried making original drawings. But I failed. So, I'm just drawing anything until I get some ideas.

I'm cerainly not saying you can't use references. As a matter of fact, using references will improve your work. To force you to get some ideas, I have an assignment for you. This is a character design class from another forum. You can use/copy any style you want but the character should be original.
