Firstly, I would like to say thank you for offering your services, it's good to see that you haven't let past problems dampen your enthusiasm for Total War. As it happens, the Throne Room team has already suggested potential replacements and we're in the process of finalising the transition, but your offer is noted and appreciated.

The Throne Room is actually really well-behaved, I can't recall a time (during my tenure as both moderator and administrator, at least) when phonics and Zim have had to give anyone a warning to someone, let alone an infraction. The TR faithful are just one of many great advertisements for the camaraderie and civility of the Org community as a whole.

At your tender young age, that could well be a very long time, perhaps even outlasting the Org! Besides, taking on a staff role isn't about servitude! Though, now I think about it, we did have to threaten Andres' collection of world beers to get him onboard and TinCow is actually chained to an ancient desktop computer in a dingy basement at an undisclosed location... but yes, it's entirely voluntary!

4-I try my best from now on to contribute as much as i can
The Throne Room community has benefited greatly from two staff members who have actively engaged the community in both hosting and participating in games; we would like to bring aboard someone who would continue the trend, and the TR team has suggested several people who fit the bill. We're well covered. :P

However, I look forward to seeing further contributions from yourself over the coming months and years.

5- That means i will comit to modding
