I don't follow that kind of stuff, I just feel they should have told me in the store. An ipad is not cheap, I don't like it that much cheaper tablets have more functionality

I understand the frustration. But this was a feature they got rid of very publicly:

Not many companies tell you that they have dropped a feature. Less still tell you why they do.
