End of Night One

Ishmael was having a rough night. He couldn’t believe the events that had transpired yesterday. First they were all ordered to the mountain, and then Double A was executed. Something terrible was going to happen, he just knew it. Picking up his hammer, he walked outside and sat up against the side of the mountain, letting the cool wind blow over him. This was much better than the stuffy tent. He started to fall asleep, only vaguely hearing the footsteps come closer to him, and then stop. The pain when the knife went into his shoulder he did feel though. He went to scream, but the man had his hand over Ishamel's mouth. Waves of pain flew over Ishmael, and as his life started to dim before him, he felt the other hand leave the dagger and land on his neck. With a snap, Ishmael was no more. His lifeless body slumped to the ground.
Montmorency was in his tent asleep, dead to the world. He was reading up on the lore of the mountain and its surrounds when he collapsed into his makeshift bed. So he didn’t realise that the tent had fallen on him, and the supports removed. He didn’t notice the tent slowly constricting his head, and his breathing. And when he woke up, it was only seconds before he first fainted and then died.
Arjos was sharpening his sword at the front of the camp. Being one of the more heavily armed members of the camp, he was in charge of the middle watch, when most of the camp was asleep. He heard footsteps coming near him, and he turned to face them, seeing a man with a dagger. Arjos was about to yell for help when the dagger he was watching entered his open mouth and pierced him. Arjos was crawling on the ground as the man approached him to finish the job. Arjos however, had one last act to perform. He pulled his sword back and threw it at one of the horses as it came to life with a terrible yelp of pain. Arjos then felt the blade enter his neck and his life drain away. The man scurried off as the camp came awake.
The Duke was sickened about the loss of three of his camp members, all innocent. And the town was worried. They couldn’t survive this. They were all going to die.
