If by "buff" you mean muscled and toned, then she should be wearing a bikini and it is her manifest destiny to do so. Not doing so, whenever you request, is grounds for termination

If my "buff" you mean "husky" or "Rosie O Donnell" then yes, you should take her hiking and have her carry all the weight as it is good at burning calories. You could also maybe enter her into some tough man contests, get her into roller derby, or see if she would like to wrestle bears in upstate montana

Much insecure? Nah, seriously, I far prefer very muscular women. I want a woman I can respect, and that means intelligence and strength. A strong girl where I come from generally means good character and work ethic (girls out here generally get very strong from doing a lot of farm work, not pumping irons in the gym). Also, I like girls I can wrestle with (it is great bonding). Wrestling a tooth-pick city-girl is not wrestling, it is bullying.

I just understand what a woman's musculature has to do with where you would go on a date/vacation!
