    It would be a shame to go so far as India and not hit other places in Asia. Surely if you got that far you could also muster Vietnam, Korea and PI.

    Also, what happened to Australia?

    I could argue the pro's and cons of your different choices, but I see that you put Holland above Belgium so I'm reasonably satisfied. I'd put the bowels of hell next to Holland, though.
