Did/have you over-clocked your RAM?
What's the temperature's of your other components?

Ok guys in know this is a little late in posting but I took your advice and looked at my RAM. It was the only thing that wasnt showing up on Speedfan. I changed some voltages around. Apparently my RAM was set to overclock by default, dunno why. Had to manually lower the voltages and I havent had a crash yet.
Again I want to thank everyone for their input and helping me solve my issue. To all of you;

I had the same problem before. I asked my friend to check my computer and he found out that My computer is out of paste where you put the processor. I don't know what it is or how it is called. He just buy and add it again and my computer is back to normal.
I'm glad you found the solution. =)
