The year is 1586 and my province of Hagami has one Arsenal and one Armoury built. Yet I do NOT have the option to build a Hand Mortar. I don't get it; Why not? What am I missing?

I've double checked the requirements. I've triple checked what buildings I have, and I've quadruple checked the list of buildable units. They just aren't there.

What is going on? Is this a glitch?

Aw c'mon. Anyone? This is driving me mad!

I've been playing this Hojo campaign for a week to get where I am now, and I believe the game is glitching on me (I've come to realize that Shogun has many ugly gameplay bugs)

According to Google, I am the only person in the world with this problem. What's going on?!

After tons of searching, I FINALLY find out that this unit is part of the Sengoku Jidai DLC.
