    Default Anger management

I become someone I am not.

I wouldn't harm anyone for no reason, but then again I will do it anyway

Something is wrong, nothing happened but I really wanted to

No, not very drunk at least, I can't stand rude behaviour and they are lucky they didn't get to apreciate the finer details of their tables. Never tempt me.

How do I manage my anger? Music. I play some Anastasia Prikhodko, and all my anger fades away. If that is not enough, I go do some hard physical labour. Believe it or not, just doing hard work is a beautiful stress reliever, and very relaxing.

I just fume to myself for a few hours before I tire myself out and do something else which is a better use of my time.

When I've had a very bad day, get home and get confronted with something else that pisses me off I sometimes take it out on inanimate objects. The problem with this is:
    1) it doesn't help at all, sadly
    2) those inanimate objects are my stuff. I usually manage to avoid expensive things, fortunately.

I've never become tempted to harm anyone personally when I was near him or her. I don't lash out verbally either, remaining polite, except with my brother once or twice when we had heated arguments. I do however, hold long grudges. It's one of the faults that I really wish I didn't have.

    On a serious note,

I really have two separate ways of dealing with people and it is divided by gender.

With women, I will never raise my voice, I will never get overly personal, and if things get to heated I will simply walk away. Sometimes women will take this as me treating them like a child, and this is not the case. I grew up with a very strict code about how to treat women, blame Texas, not me. Granted, I realize this way of doing things will rub some people the wrong way.

With men, I will yell. I will be nonsensical and I will keep it up. Me and my brothers used to get in some bad fistfights.

Luckily, I rarely ever get angry. We can thank my latent alcoholism for that
