You're letting Pizza guilt you into not voting him?

That's par for the course.
Um, what be the case on me again? I did as you requested, I revealed myself

to the Captain. The case is that I didn't read the rules too specifically and wasn't protecting my gold or stealing another's? I slept last night, I didn't want to think too hard, at least I've been participating when I can.

. Also Pizza, I almost always state the obvious, it's more of a thinking aloud approach, I know I haven't played enough games or revealed enough about me for you to read me, but even in the few games I've played here, you can see I've done the same. Stating the obvious is a habit of mine when typing, it helps me to compose my posts.

Aha! Nervous sweating and drinking blood! I knew I'd picked the right
bandwagon case to join.

Vote: Memnon
I want gold, so I'll vote.
Diana Abnoba 00:41 10-07-2012
Memnon or edse look like the best lynch options today. I think the case is slightly better on Memnon. Vote: Memnon
Eh, you're losing a lazy able-bodied then, good on you Spaniards, although this was caused more by a lack of rhetoric on my part.

Nice of you, you self-lampshading bandwagonner who bandwagons.
I suggest we go to Pizza's RL residence and try to extract his genome. I have a drill here that will be of use in this endeavour.
Hello everyone I just realised that I am now in the game. Can anyone give me a quick summery of the current state of play.

I'm not doing anything different from what I normally do, or any different from anything any of the rest of you can do.
Don't be in awe of the pizza. Don't put the pizza on a pedestal. You can out-do anything I do if you try.
El Barto 04:10 10-07-2012
What the hell, Captain Blackadder? Why be ye even called 'captain'?
Tis an ironic nickname like a very tall man been called tiny. It tis a play on words you see.
For now I vote:Edse since I managed to read today's posts but still need to look back further.
El Barto 04:46 10-07-2012
Follow the captain's orders and vote Memnon, you!
Voting closed.
Day 4
The revelation that the Guardacosta had been out successfully recruiting sparked a fury of activity aboard the Presence
as everybody weighed in with their interpretation of what it all meant, as well as their suggestions of what to do next. All in all it made for a very active, confusing ship that day of voting, leaving Captain Zaccino and his officers to try to sort it out.
Compounding things was the fact that First Mate NinjaCow64 seemed to be less and less on top of things. This seemed like a logical conclusion considering that NinjaCow wasn't as active in the discussion as some and the fact that damn near nobody on the ship could understand what he was saying when he was around. All in all, it meant more work for Zaccino and Quartermaster BSmith.
Stepping into this breach was, naturally, Askthepizzaguy, who seemed to alternate his tune throughout the day, first waving his traditional long list of parchment that went all the way down to his feet and even then was folded a few times which detailed what everyone could possibly have done at night and who that left to lynch, and then later saying how he was openly plotting to mutiny against the Captain because it would be good for his treasure stash (but not yet). Somehow, people were able to make sense out of this behavior and ATPG, while getting mild pressure, survived the lynch.
The day's victim was instead Memnon, who was a big fat question mark on ATPG's list. There had seemed to be quite a bit of backroom discussions going on throughout the day, with several people retiring below decks at various times and then emerging later with different opinions, but Memnon was privy to none of this, instead staying above deck all day and tending to his normal duties as a sailor aboard the Presence
when he wasn't directly involved with the voting. He looked puzzled after receiving the first few votes, a look which gradually shifted to anger and then resignation as the day grew longer.
At sundown, Memnon was far and away the leading candidate for the day's lynch. He refused to go without one final word, though, gathering his bag of treasure before he walked the plank. "Fah," he said, "this ship be in such poor condition anyway that I'm sure I'll be able to find a spare piece o' wood that came off this mess and float away to safety! Just watch, you mateys, the current will be takin' me right to Nassau where I can spend me gold right away while ye all intrigue against each other and get killed by yourselves and the Spanish! Compared to that, I'll take a few days o' floatin' on the-"
Memnon's speech was interrupted by Captain Zaccino, who booted him right off the plank. Evidently, the Captain had a couple of his own things to say and was tired of Memnon preempting him.
"Right then," he said. "A bit o' official business. I be doin' some housekeepin' with me officers. NinjaCow64, sorry mate, but ye be demoted back to regular Able Seaman." NinjaCow muttered something incomprehensible at this. "To take his spot, I be relievin' BSmith of his Quartermaster duties and makin' him me new First Mate. To fill BSmith's old role, Askthepizzaguy is now Quartermaster."
ATPG bounded up besides Zaccino and immediately launched into a speech, but Zaccino silenced him after three words. "Shut it, Pizza. Ye were just made Quartermaster, not Lord God o' the High Seas." The captain got a minor chuckle out of the crew, and everyone retired for the night.

That's just sad and lame.
Montmorency 22:57 10-07-2012
Edse, have you told the captain everything there is to know about yourself yet? Hm?
You're in danger of being lynched.
You also may be lynched if you tell the Captain everything... (grumble)
You also might have your name cleared if you reveal to the Captain.
Montmorency 01:57 10-08-2012
@
edse, please tell the Captain about yourself.
If you aren't willing to demonstrate the truth of the matter - and here is where you should personally direct a couple of groups, Captain - then you certainly deserve to be lynched.
Zack, please hear him out if he does.

I am not the one who has been calling for his lynch.
Montmorency 02:26 10-08-2012
Regardless, the request has to be made. I hope you'll get to see.
