Heavily scripted by the looks of it. But what I am wondering about if the units, buildings, athmopshere and details are more or less historically correct?

I am particularly intrigued by the "tactical view" shown at around 4:50.
Even though they say that you are not supposed to control the battle from there, I expect that I will be spending about half my battle time in that view.![]()
I like the new camera. Much more fluid and intuitive, it doesn't feel like the game is trying to annoy you with it. That bird's eye view a-la CAESAR III is awesome indeed. I think I'll have to upgrade my Nvidia GTX-570 to something more modern when R3 comes out.

factors, to be taken into account in one's deliberations,
when seeking to determine the conditions obtaining in the field.
These are: (1) The Moral Law; (2) Heaven; (3) Earth;
(4) The Commander; (5) Method and discipline.

In 7:56 you can see a small pathfiding problem? If you look at the right side of the video you can see a long line of Carthaginian troops running. And it reminds me some pathfinding issues from previous games.
