Yes but how can a college recruit one of the 'vanilla newbies' wthout advertising to everyone which college they are in? Also how can they give the recruit the quicktopic link without just posting it in the thread for all to see? Unless recrutment pms will be sent by Jarema?

I'm pretty sure the college heads will be public and they'll probably do any recruiting in thread, with Jarema providing the qt link.

As for group actions: they are possible only for college members, and yes, each college has its own qt.
