Could be college heads/students? Or people who put their points in fire/earth, who already had a bonus.'The' scum attack? Not sure about that being the only one - if indeed it was. I suffered 4 damage from the 'Earth' attack and 5 from the 'Fire' which both seem pretty overpowered for a student.
Though with the damage values, you might be right.
