He was doing stuff at night(Hello, healing Chaotix, which he better confirm now).
He is not the starting headmaster, therefore the role does not prove anything about him. As I am dead I am not permitted to reveal information that isn't already public in the thread, but I will say that if I were alive there is nothing you could say that would get me to change my vote off of
edse. I recommend you all vote for him.

Also, scum, have fun with the torch and wand. I couldn't hardly do anything useful with them anyways.
But I wouldn't mind it if y'all'd stop camping my inventory.
Yeah, how about you cut that out instead? Some people have finals, 'ya know.

Thing is, I know what edse was doing on two nights in particular when there was major attacks by the scum. If the college's REALLY thought he was scum, then they should have just vig-killed him.

The vast majority of attacks have been claimed by the colleges throughout this game, so that proves relatively little.

Fine, I'm done beating around the bush.
Edse's corruption score is absolutely monstrous. I scanned him last night. It's not a little bit, not a medium amount. He can't have that much corruption without being evil, AFAIK.
College of Water, you need to destroy your headmaster immediately, if you actually wish to win the game.
Askthepizzaguy 04:56 12-14-2012
For the record I have no connections to Xenoneb and as far as I know he's a fine vigilante kill.
I am not opposed to his death, but edse is scum to the highest degree of certainty I have in this game.
Fortunately we have a nice scale provided to us by our host to help us judge just how corrupt he is:

Based on this scale, what would you say edse's corruption level is, Mr. Pizzaguy? And what would that say about his role?
Askthepizzaguy 05:11 12-14-2012
He is at maximum, utterly corrupted.
He cannot be an ordinary townie. There is no mistake.
Askthepizzaguy 05:13 12-14-2012
And since people can survive a divided vote, I really need the college of water's assistance on this.
I would not be asking for it if I wasn't sure.

Alsark is visible in the writeup attacking me for no damage. I have not cleared him to a degree of 100 percent certainty, but out of the list of legit suspects, I consider him well down the list, for now.
I say this not because he's in the college of wind, but because of what we know about him and how we are scrutinizing him, which you can see for yourself.
If you would leave him be, I would respond with a bow, courteously.
White_eyes:D 06:10 12-14-2012
Ok, ok, but if you're wrong, you just made most of the Water college gain a bunch of corruption and I don't even wanna know what higher levels of the corruption do.

You must have been sitting on this information since TinCow died, but why reveal it now then?

Now stop it. Could everyone with access to the colleges head topic read the third post in it? The two first members of each college is confirmed innocent. Last night I promoted Visorslash, both he and white eyes can confirm it. And my corruption score is probably the lowest in the whole game with only 1 point for lynching someone innocent.
What he is saying is correct.
seireikhaan 08:24 12-14-2012
Starting role is fairly irrelevant- anyone can gain corruption and/or be corrupted. We've got a cult that can recruit large numbers of people. As an original headmaster, I can claim with absolute certainty that while I and my original student *started* innocent, there is absolutely nothing that prevented us from taking steps to increase our corruption, so your point is null. I'm going to trust the results of the other schools as they trusted mine.

Point is, he is "special" apparently. Which means he is townie power role, third party or other scum team. Special can't be gained.

I looked at the QT and the host himself states that both the Headmaster and the first wielder start innocent. Somebody is
lying or
grossly mistaken.
Either way if the college's want edse dead they can Vig-hit him and screw themselves over, I am not getting corruption points over this.
Unvote:edse Vote:Xenoneb
I am wondering if you scanned a headmaster before?
To be fair, I don't believe starting innocent means incorruptible.
He might or might not be recruitable as a headmaster, I don't know. But he certainly must have been recruitable before he was promoted to headmaster.
Unvote, Vote: edse
Far as I am concerned, there is no reason to not trust ATPG's scan result. And there is no reason for a headmaster to be able to skew a scan result to make himself look deliberately guilty.
If it turns out ATPG was wrong about this, though... there will be hell to pay. I still have that katana, you know.
I HAVE 1 CORRUPTION POINT, STOP THIS MADNESS I have promoted white eyes and visor, i have healed chaotix, I was confirmed innocent from the beginning and have been attacked by the water wielding scum night one.

Starting innocent. There has to be recruitement in this game, since the defilers can't have started with those numbers. And why would a headmaster have utterly corrupt as a status?
There's a few options.
1. ATPG lies. That would risk him for lynch or vig immidiatly afterwards. Very unlikely at this point of the game.
2. Someone framed the scan. Possible, but unlikely, since edse haven't been public enough that someone could guess that he would be scanned.
3. Edse is guilty. That could explain a lot of erratic behavior from your guild. Or he was the target of the ritual last night (it sounds to be someone able to corrupt people now rather than a specific target, but it is a possibillity).
I'm guessing that the defilers have problems getting into the guilds based on that it haven't been a single guilded defiler. The other scum faction is probably the opposite then.

As a starting innocent I'm confirmed not to be mafia.
Regarding me being cult: I have voted for three of the four lynched cultist (was away when Riedquat was lynched). We know the corruption score for two of them, it was around 3-4. How would I, as a recruit, have gained an "utterly corrupted (special)" level of corruptness?
NinjaCow64 10:45 12-14-2012
Yeah guys, lynch the water headmaster. While you're at it, lynch all the water players. You can't be too sure.
Askthepizzaguy 10:57 12-14-2012
In all seriousness, there's cults in this game.
Not cult, CULTS.
"Starting innocent" means what?
Jack diddley squat.
Edse's corruption rating is through the roof. He does not have 1 point of corruption.
Unless he can explain where he got all that corruption, he dies. Since he didn't claim any role that would appear to be utterly corrupt, he dies.
I'm a confirmed townie mason. The fact that I'm not dead already is frankly, stupid. But if that's the game we're playing, I have a scanning item, and I scanned edse, and he's utterly corrupt, and I'm utterly townie.
If edse does not flip scum, you can point the blame directly at Jarema. If he's not scum then my item is a worthless piece of garbage, or the scums have the ability to manipulate a scan.
In any case, we won't know until he dies. And if he dies and flips townie, kill me if you fancy. I really don't care.
I have 1 point of Corruption, nothing more. It isn't even possible for me to have such a high score that you say I have. And why do you say that there are cults? Where did you get that information?
Lets find the people without college instead.

Rules//
Information regarding the Setup:
1. There would be at least two scum factions
As for it isn't possible, well.... it's written in the rules what sorts of corruption levels there are. So my guess is you're claiming my scan was completely spoofed.
Duly noted.
And a tally while I'm at it.
6 edse: ATPG, Chaotix, Elite Ferret, Alsark, issaikhaan, Ironside
4 Xenoneb: edse, johnhughtom, Visorslash, White_eyes:D
5 No Vote: Captain Blackadder, Autolycus, Memnon, Xenoneb, Robbiecon
"There would be at least two scum factions" doesn't mean two cults. Rather one cult and one mafia.
My history:
Night 1: Nothing
Night 2: Nothing again
Night 3: Attacked jht
Night 4: Defend
Night 5: Healed Chaotix
Night 6: Promote White_eyes
Night 7: Defend
Night 8: Promote Visorslash
I was attacked night 1 for 2 points of damage.
I got 1 corruption point for lynching NinjaCow64 day 3
I have about 9 XP, I've spent 5 on raising AV/DV and 3 on raising HP.
Where does all the corruption come from? If I used all my current XP on corruption I would reach 4. I wouldn't have reached a level of 6 even if I had used all my XP on corruption and you claim that my score is somewhere closer to 10.
I do realise that I sound like a scum that has done everything right and then get lynched for something ridiculous, but you should understand that there is no way that scan result can be correct. I know Pizza is town so I don't distrust him, but the method or thing he used to scan me is faulty.
