Hi, I used to play this a couple years back and seemed curious about playing again. When did the last available update for this mod come out? Have there been a new significant updates since say 2010. If not, when is EB2 expected to come out?? If not soon, what other mods are recommended out there (that are comparable to this mod), which are not called Roma Surrectum 2 or Rome Total Realism 7? I just want to play a newer updated game, as that offers the best chances for fewer bugs and less crashes.

eh the latest version still is 1.2 which was released ... 2008, I'm getting old :D

There were rumors that EBII would be released around spring 2013, however it got quiet in that department. They just released a new Preview tho.

Extended Realism Mod for RTR Platinum (ExRM) is very good and they have just recently released a new (final) beta version with completely redone map and factions, seems very promising! Sorry I do not provide direct link, but TWC is not accessible for me at this moment (do not know if the problem is on my or their side). ExRM is hosted on twcenter.net
