    Evidence for industrial scale baking (in a Roman-era context).

    Such a shame the focus of the piece is more about the imminent destruction of the site, but that is of course its own story.

    And if the bakery is actually from 100 BC it is from pre-roman context, suggesting that there might be something more about the Celts than Asterix and Obelix imply...
