Day 1

On the first morning the conference hall was filled worried murmurings of the chemists, there had been rumours of physicists sneaking in! Professor Ferret approached the stage with a concerned look on his face.

“I am afraid the rumours are true. There are physicists among us.” He spat out the words as though they were poison on his tongue. “I can think of no fairer way to flush them out than to hold a vote. Whoever accrues the most votes by the end of the day shall be expelled from the conference in the most violent way possible. I trust once this disturbance has been dealt with we can get on with the more pressing matters that we all came here for.”

Day 1 has begun! It will end tomorrow at 19:00 GMT (just over 24 hours from the time of this post).
