Ok so the sign-up time is as follows:

1. GMT July 25th 0:00 AM

- List of generals announced
- Sign-up of Executor, Daimyo, and Publisher "the campaign commmittee" starts.

- Everybody can volunteer himself. When sign up please specify your first 3 choices of generals. This way we can work the list out faster.

2. GMT July 26th 0:00 AM

- Public Sign-up starts! This will last 3 days, ending July 29th 0:00 AM.

3. The meeting of "features-to-play" and "timeline" will be held. The DAIMYO will be responsible for the discussion, and when the campaign starts
