On the EB website sometimes a shieldless phalangitai shows up in the random unit spot, and I cant find it anywhere else, not among the faction unit pages or ingame.
Is it a removed unit or have I just missed it?

I think I know what unit you are referring to. I always tought it was a dismounted Thessalian Cavalryman

They have atleast 1 mounted unit so it would seem a bit wierd if this is the case.
Its definitely the dismounted Thessalian/Xystophoroi/Equites Extraordinarii/Klerouchoi Cav
